Short version: TopicReview does not collect your name, email, or any personal information. The only data that ever leaves your device is the study topic you type — sent to an AI service to generate content, then discarded. Everything you save stays on your device.

We collect no personal information. There are no accounts, no sign-in, and no registration.
When you generate a study set, the topic you typed is sent to an AI service (OpenAI) to produce your explanation, quiz, and flashcards. That topic is:
Study sets you choose to save are stored locally on your device using your device's built-in storage. This data:
TopicReview AI uses artificial intelligence (OpenAI's GPT models) to generate educational content. Content is created in response to the topic you provide and is not stored or used to train AI models. All generated content is intended for educational purposes and targets an advanced high-school reading level.
TopicReview AI is rated 12+ and is designed as an educational tool for students. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. Because the app requires no account or personal details of any kind, it is safe for use by students of all ages under parental guidance.
If you believe we have inadvertently received personal information from a child, please contact us at support@topstudentsystem.com and we will delete it promptly.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with any third party for marketing purposes. The only third-party involvement is OpenAI processing your study topic to generate content, as described in Section 2.
All communication between the app and our servers uses TLS encryption. We do not retain topic data on our servers after content is returned to your device.
Because we do not collect personal information, there is no profile to access, correct, or delete. If you have concerns, contact us at support@topstudentsystem.com and we will respond within 30 days.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
